Carolyn has 40 year’s experience planning and developing Cities in the public and private sectors. She has spoken at conferences all, over the world on smart cities, place making and resilience.
Carolyn plans for the next generation of developments, major infrastructure projects and interventions, taking into account emerging technologies, ensuring that interventions are evaluated against economic, social and environmental value.
Carolyn has an interested in healing cities - interventions that repair damage caused by conflict, natural disasters, climate change and industrialisation where these are causing issues such as crime, lack of community and inequality.
